Delivery Process

Shukran Store usually takes a maximum of 48 hours for product delivery after an user placed an order successfully for inside Dhaka and for outside we usually take maximum 72 hours. If we face any difficulty in delivering the parcel, we will inform you as soon as possible.For booking we will set an approximate date for delivery. Delivery charges will be determined based on the delivery location, size and weight of the parcel.For outside Dhaka orders, our user will get the home delivery facility in the city areas. If it is an urban area then the user needs to collect the product from the pickup point. If courier service has coverage in your area they might try to deliver it to your nearest location. If an user wants to change the shipping address after placing the order then the user can change the shipping address if the order is not out for delivery yet. If the order is already out for delivery and you want to change the shipping address, then it will be returned to us and then we can change the shipping address.
