Our products are available online through the Shukran Store. Shukran Store has displayed utmost effort to present all its products digitally as accurately possible for color and size. Slight variations maybe possible with the physical products from the display images.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing & Payment Method
- All products' price & availability will be shown on the website. Shukran Store will inform you as soon as possible, if any products you have ordered are not available. Pre-booked product delivery date will be determined by Shukran Store. Delivery date will be mentioned on the product page. For pre-booked orders 50% advance have to be paid by the user to confirm the order and also outside Dhaka orders, the consumer needs to give half of the payment as advance before delivery.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service without notice. We shall not be liable to any customer for price change or discontinuance of the services.
Currently we are accepting payment methods over Cash on Delivery, credit or debit cards, bKash, Nagad, Upay and other MFS & Bank transfers.

*Cash on Delivery applies for all users except pre-booking orders.
*Every user can use bKash, Nagad, Upay and other MFS payment methods.
* We will accept Bank payment if the order is above 500 taka.
Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may cancel any user's order at our sole discretion or if there is any emergency as determined by us from time to time. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting through the phone number or e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
If a user wants to be a member of 'Shukran Family', the user must agree to provide all their details to fulfill the requirements of a member account. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and billing details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
