Return Policy

• Our products are packaged well and we apply the utmost effort to ensure that no defective products are delivered from our end at the time of delivery.
• All our products must be checked in front of the delivery personnel and no returns will be accepted after the delivery personnel has left. If any product is delivered by a delivery personnel in a defective condition, then we will replace the product.

Refund Policy

• If a user wants to cancel the order after placing the order, he has to go to his profile and cancel the order. No order can be canceled after the order has been approved. After the delivery personnel takes the parcel, if anyone does not want to receive the parcel then he has to pay the delivery charge.
• The return and refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days after a refund claim has been initiated.
