Our products are available online through the Shukran Store. Shukran Store has displayed utmost effort to present all its products digitally as accurately possible for color and size. Slight variations maybe possible with the physical products from the display images.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Currently we are accepting payment methods over Cash on Delivery, credit or debit cards, bKash, Nagad, Upay and other MFS & Bank transfers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may cancel any user's order at our sole discretion or if there is any emergency as determined by us from time to time. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting through the phone number or e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
If a user wants to be a member of 'Shukran Family', the user must agree to provide all their details to fulfill the requirements of a member account. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and billing details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Discounts (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Occasional offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions of the basic price of products or services. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from Shukran Store. Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy. Shukran Store holds the right to change/ modify any Discount offers without prior notice. Customers are entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail multiple discounts offers in a single order.
Shukran Store usually takes a maximum of 48 hours for product delivery after an user placed an order successfully for inside Dhaka and for outside we usually take maximum 72 hours. If we face any difficulty in delivering the parcel, we will inform you as soon as possible.For booking we will set an approximate date for delivery. Delivery charges will be determined based on the delivery location, size and weight of the parcel.For outside Dhaka orders, our user will get the home delivery facility in the city areas. If it is an urban area then the user needs to collect the product from the pickup point. If courier service has coverage in your area they might try to deliver it to your nearest location. If an user wants to change the shipping address after placing the order then the user can change the shipping address if the order is not out for delivery yet. If the order is already out for delivery and you want to change the shipping address, then it will be returned to us and then we can change the shipping address.
Your submission of personal information is to be used to provide better service to our Shukran Family Members. We have kept some special sections for our members so that they can be categorized.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
* To monitor the usage of our service and to provide the best service.
* To manage your account and get access to different functionalities of the service that are available to you as a registered member.,
* To contact you by email, call and SMS for informing different updates, offers and when it is necessary for execution of the operation.
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the website or its contents:
* For any unlawful purpose.
* Use of our product or product image or content on other sites without having our written permission.
* To submit any false or misleading information.
* To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

* Any attempts of fake orders will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
For cancellation, If a user wants to cancel the order after placing the order, he has to go to his profile and cancel the order. No order can be canceled after the has order been approved. After the delivery personnel takes the parcel, if anyone does not want to receive the parcel then he has to pay the delivery charge.
Our products are packaged well and apply utmost effort to ensure that no defective products are delivered from our end at the time of delivery. All our products must be checked in front of the delivery personnel and no returns will be accepted after the delivery personnel has left. If any product is delivered by a delivery personnel in a defective condition, then we will replace the product.
If a user wants to cancel the order after placing the order, he has to go to his profile and cancel the order. No order can be canceled after the has order been approved. After the delivery personnel takes the parcel, if anyone does not want to receive the parcel then he has to pay the delivery charge.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing eCommerce in Bangladesh. All actionable legal claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection to this website, must be brought within the jurisdiction of a competent Court in Bangladesh.
